An enquiry is not a booking or purchase
Submitting a form, choosing a date or downloading a PDF does not charge you or confirm a booking or sale. An acknowledgement means the request was recorded, not that payment or email delivery occurred. We will confirm actual availability, the service provider or seller, scope and conditions before requesting acceptance or payment. You can correct details before submitting and request changes later by email or phone.
Prices and complete quotes
Amounts are in euros. Rental pages identify whether VAT is included; rates depend on boat, duration, season and date. Skipper, fuel and other-port moorings may add charges as shown on each page and for your chosen trip. Selected extras alone do not determine the final price. Published EOLO prices exclude VAT. The PDF and proposal detail the calculation with Spain’s standard 21% VAT for an ordinary domestic transaction. Transport, engine installation, battery and, where applicable, registration or other taxes require a quote based on configuration, destination and transaction. No tax exemption is assumed. Before contracting you will receive the full price, taxes and mandatory charges or their calculation method if they cannot be determined beforehand. Optional services are not added without your choice.
Cancellation, safety and consumer rights
The proposal and contract will specify deposit, balance, security deposit, fuel, times, required documents or licence, insurance, cancellations and weather changes. No undisclosed penalty or advance waiver of legal rights applies. Where a dated leisure service is legally exempt from withdrawal, this will be stated expressly before contracting; the exemption does not remove rights for non-performance. Sales remain subject to statutory guarantees and rights applicable to the seller, goods and buyer’s status. Navigation is subject to the skipper’s safety decisions and competent authorities.
