  2. We arrange the viewing at the boat’s marina and, if you wish, a sea trial and an independent survey.
  3. We support the offer, deposit and purchase agreement, and check registration, liens and tax status.
  4. We guide you through the change of ownership and handover. Afterwards we can help with a berth, maintenance or charter management.

Frequently asked questions

Which taxes apply to buying a pre-owned boat in Spain?

A sale between private individuals is normally subject to the regional transfer tax (ITP). If a company sells, the price usually carries VAT. Each listing states the VAT treatment and we confirm it before any offer.

Can I view and test the boat before buying?

Yes. We arrange the viewing at the boat’s marina and, before closing, you can request a sea trial and an independent survey.

Pre-owned yachts: flybridge, hard top and open

This page lists the pre-owned yachts for sale that we handle: used flybridge, hard top and open yachts, from 10 metres up to luxury yachts of over 20 metres, in Mallorca, Catalonia and Valencia. Each listing details engines, hours, cabins, equipment and whether the price includes VAT.

With a used yacht it pays to take your time checking the maintenance of the engines and generator, the electronics and the condition of the teak. We coordinate the viewing, the sea trial and the inspection, and support you all the way to the change of flag or ownership. If you are looking for a specific yacht that is not listed, ask us.
