A boat measuring eight or nine metres overall can have a registered hull under eight metres. Separate the marina’s berthing measurement from the figure in the boat documents. The As Marine 28 GL, 28 GL Open, 28 GLX and 29 GLC have 7.99 m registered hulls and confirmed PNB compatibility, although their overall lengths reach 8.60 or 9.10 m. This does not establish PNB eligibility for every similarly sized boat.

For life on board, compare beds and toilet arrangements before adding electronics. The 28 GLX offers 2+2 berths. The 29 GLC stock unit also has 2+2 and includes an electric toilet, holding tank, fridge and 67 l fresh-water system. Its Suzuki 300 hp and listed equipment form a €131,890 VAT-inclusive offer. An optional toilet or fridge shown in a catalogue image must not be counted in another offer without checking its equipment list.

Compare specific information

External comparisons must distinguish versions and years. The Flyer 8 SUNdeck is listed at 8.17 m overall with Suzuki 350 hp; its visible €91,080 price does not specify VAT in the reviewed text, so it is not converted into a comparable total. The Saver 795 Cabin is documented at 8.63 m overall, 7.95 m in its papers and four berths, but without a verifiable public price on the reviewed page. These are layout alternatives, not equivalent offers.

The Quicksilver Activ 805 Cruiser measures 8.29 m overall and has a maximum rating of 400 hp; installed power depends on the individual configuration. The Merry Fisher 795 Sport S2 is listed at 8.14 m with Yamaha 200 or 250 hp options, without a verifiable price on the reviewed page. As a market reference, the Antares 9 OB is advertised with twin Suzuki 250 hp from €153,095, but VAT treatment is not explicit in the reviewed text.
